Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on Customer satisfaction. We guarantee the quality of all merchandise ordered from this website. Except for special orders, should any unused product not meet your expectations, you may return your purchase for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by sales receipt (copy). Failure to include this will result in delay of return processing. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. If an item arrives to you in a damaged state or if an error was made in the processing of your order, we will credit your original method of payment, including delivery charges. If return is for exchange, we will ship correct item at no charge. If your return is for any other reason, we will credit your original method of payment, minus delivery charges. Any merchandise returned after 14 days, at our discretion should we elect to accept said merchandise, will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Returned items for exchange will be credited to your original form of payment and a new invoice will be generated for the replacement item(s).
Due to the unique nature of our products, our quantities are sometimes limited. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of any of our items. Occasionally our mill retires certain colors that we carry due to pigment availability and other factors. When this occurs, we source and find replacements. You can be sure that if a popular color is out of stock, there is only a short time before it is returned. (See our Special Order Dept) After the completion of processing, should we find an item is out of stock or no longer available, we will notify you by e-mail, telephone or US Mail.
